Please familiarize yourself with my portfolio before booking to be sure that my work is a good fit for what you have in mind. I have a distinct style and take on projects that reflect that. For any requests regarding styles that I don’t feel compatible with, I’m happy to recommend other artists who are best suited for that piece. My best work comes with clients that give me a general idea of the desired elements of a design and are very open to let me run with the creative process.

Location: My studio is located in Johnson City, TN. As it is a private establishment, directions/address are sent via email after an appointment is scheduled.

Guests: As the studio space is small, I ask that you only bring one guest with you. Guests must be 18 or older. The studio space is not equipped for children.

Hours:  By appointment. Tuesday-Saturday. I do not work past 7pm on weeknights.

Making an appointment: All booking is through this website under the Booking Form tab. (This tab will not be visible or active when my books are closed, to avoid requests piling up. This ensures I can get to everyone in a more timely manner.) I use Instagram as an online portfolio but will not use it to schedule/discuss tattoos. My booking form opens for the first day of the month every two months or so. The next opening for booking appointments is January 3, 2024.  I open the booking form until the slots for the next two months are filled, and then close them again until the next opening. As I am a one woman operation and am usually booked a month or two in advance, periodically closing my books allows a better shot at responding to all the requests received. If you don’t get to the form in time at first, you always have another opportunity the next round. I also try to take certain months to focus on specific types of projects, or only take former or new clients for that month to make it easier for everyone to get it. I really appreciate your patience <3

Once I read through your request form, I’ll be in touch via email to let you know if this particular project is a good fit and move forward with the deposit and scheduling.

Deposit/Drawing Fee/Rescheduling/Cancellation Policy: Deposits are required for all appointments. Time is valuable, and when working by appointment, when someone cancels or fails to show up, that expected income is lost.  Much communication, time, and effort go into each drawing, and a deposit ensures that this will be covered if your appointment is rescheduled or cancelled.

$100 Deposits are due for an appointment once your date and time slot are confirmed via email. Information on how to send it will be in the email to confirm your day in advance. Deposits are nonrefundable. This amount does come off the price of your tattoo at your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, notice must be given via email within 14 days of your appointment. If you need to reschedule 13 days or less from your appointment, half of the deposit ($50) will be forfeited, as it is unlikely to be able to fill your spot in that short amount of time. If you must reschedule twice, or cancel altogether, your entire deposit is forfeit. Deposits can be accepted via Venmo or in person at my studio during a consultation. No deposit, no drawing.

Design: A pencil sketch will be sent a few days before your appointment. The drawing fee covers one set of revisions. If any changes are desired, they need to be clearly stated before the final ink drawing is made, as changes after the final drawing likely require starting over. The finished design will be ready the day of your appointment. If necessary, small changes can be made that day at my discretion according to the amount of time available, otherwise an appointment may need to be rescheduled if the drawing has to be completely redone. If you are traveling in from out of town, I will send your design a little further in advance before you make the trip. Please state in your email that you will be traveling in so I can plan accordingly.
